Cafec Filters

These filters are highly regarded for V60 pour over coffee. They tend to flow a little faster and more consistently than standard filters, which helps create a cleaner, brighter cup. Especially with lighter roasts.

Bonavita Gooseneck Kettle

A gooseneck kettle gives you better control over your pour, which matters for pour-over brewing. It helps with accuracy and flow speed. This particular kettle shows water temperature. A common rule of thumb is 200-205F for light roasts, 195-200F for medium, and 190-195F for dark roasts. Letting boiling water sit for about a minute lands you in a workable range if your kettle doesn't have a thermometer.

One of the easiest ways to make your coffee taste better. Measuring your coffee and water makes your brews consistent, and built in timers help you dial in your pour-over recipe. 20g of coffee and 320g of water is the standard.
